Google Ads measurement
After marketing consent, tag AW-18442396234 sends visit and browser data to Google for advertising measurement. It may use _gcl_ cookies, typically retained for 90 days. Google may process IP addresses and technical identifiers. After Formspree accepts the form, a conversion event with a random identifier is sent, without name, email, phone or message. Consent authorises advertising measurement data, not completed form fields. Advertising personalisation and enhanced conversions are not enabled. Rejection blocks loading; withdrawal clears accessible _gcl_ cookies and reloads the page when the new choice has been saved. Prior processing is not undone.

Google Analytics 4 helps JCC understand visits, the pages people use and enquiries accepted by the form provider. It is activated only after you allow Statistics, independently of marketing. Google Ireland Limited provides the service and may process technical identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location and session or engagement data. The connection may involve processing an IP address.
JCC sends a page-view event and, only after Formspree accepts an enquiry, a generate_lead event. A receipt containing only a random identifier and timestamp allows one attempt on the thank-you page; it is consumed before sending and expires after ten minutes. If session storage is unavailable, the site makes a best-effort attempt before navigation. Analytics can also generate normal session and engagement events. A contact click or a direct visit to the thank-you page is not a received enquiry. This is not evidence of a qualified contact, meeting or contracted client.
JCC does not send form names, emails, phone numbers, company details, budgets, messages or other completed fields to Analytics. The configured page address excludes query parameters and fragments; the referrer is reduced to its origin. Automatic measurement of forms, searches, outbound clicks, downloads, video and scroll is disabled. Google Signals, user-provided data collection and advertising personalisation are not enabled for this installation. Analytics events are not imported as additional Google Ads conversions.
The _ga and _ga_9NXNGE7Q4N cookies are configured for 60 days, without renewing their expiry on each page load; browsers may impose a shorter limit. Detailed user and event data has a two-month retention setting, without resetting the period on new activity. This does not mean that aggregated reports or all data held by Google is erased after two months.
You can reject Statistics or withdraw consent through Manage cookies in the footer. Withdrawal immediately blocks this Analytics destination, removes accessible Analytics cookies on this site and reloads the page when the new choice has been saved. It does not undo earlier processing or automatically erase data already received by Google. Processing may involve infrastructure outside the European Economic Area; Google's data-processing terms describe its safeguards.
How Google uses information
Google explains data received from sites and apps using its services.

Purposes and legal bases
Responding to your request
Reviewing the context, preparing a response, contacting you and taking requested pre-contractual steps. Basis: pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject.
Security and legal claims
Preventing fraud, abuse and incidents, keeping minimum records and establishing or defending legal claims. Basis: JCC’s legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
Legal obligations
Meeting tax, accounting or regulatory duties and lawful authority requests. Basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
Meta Pixel
Measuring campaigns, attributing visits and creating advertising audiences. Basis: prior, specific and withdrawable consent; the Pixel remains blocked until that choice.
Google Analytics
Understand page usage and accepted enquiries. Basis: prior, specific and withdrawable Statistics consent, separate from marketing.
06 Legal
Recipients and service providers
Data is not sold. Access is limited to the controller and necessary providers according to their functions and contractual safeguards.
Formspree
Receives and forwards form submissions as a technical processor. Formspree states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for GDPR-covered transfers.
Only receives Meta Pixel data after consent. JCC and Meta may act as joint controllers for parts of event processing; Meta also processes data for its own purposes.
Provides Analytics and Google Ads measurement, each under its respective consent choice. The applicable data-processing terms describe the service and safeguards.
Some providers are part of groups or use infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Where an international transfer occurs, GDPR-approved mechanisms are used, such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures, depending on the provider and service.

Retention
Enquiries that do not result in a business relationship: up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a different period is justified
Proposals, contracts, invoicing and accounting documentation: for applicable statutory periods and as needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims
Technical and security records: only as long as needed to protect the service and investigate incidents
Cookie preference: 180 days, after which - or after a material policy change - the choice is requested again
Data received by Meta: under Meta’s own periods; its Business Tools Terms state that Event Data may be retained for up to two years
Google Analytics: two months for detailed user and event data, without resetting on new activity; aggregated reports are not subject to that same limit. Analytics cookies: 60 days.

Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and information about processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may also complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority.

JCC does not make decisions producing legal effects solely by automated means through this website. The website is not specifically directed at minors and JCC does not knowingly seek their data. Proportionate technical and organisational measures are applied, but no Internet-connected service can guarantee zero risk.
