- Hours are used for previously defined tasks.
- Work is deducted from the purchased capacity.
- Each pack has the stated validity.
- Requests are planned subject to availability.
- Unused capacity after expiry does not automatically roll over.
- New projects or major changes are quoted separately.
- Complex integrations may need their own quote.
- Third-party services and subscriptions are not included.
- Advertising investment is not included.
- Meta Ads Management does not use these packs and remains a separate service.
VAT is added to the JCC fees shown at the applicable legal rate.
