JCC Insight · Practical guide

Is your website ready for Meta Ads?

Before buying traffic, confirm that the page explains the offer, supports contact and measures the right action.

Ad and page should agree

Visitors should find what the ad presented. If you advertise website creation, do not require people to discover that service among several competing offers. The message, examples and next step should preserve the same context.

Check that starting prices and limits are understandable. A targeted change should not look like a complete store or website. Show real work and explain your contribution without turning examples into promises of results.

Follow the path on mobile

A mocked response helps validate the path but does not prove inbox delivery. Provider acceptance and receipt of the message are separate checks.

  • Read the page on a small screen and check contrast
  • Open the CTA and verify selected service and plan
  • Test required fields, errors and connection recovery
  • Check that contact does not depend on animation or a difficult menu
  • Verify success confirmation and alternative contact routes

Measure enquiries, not just clicks

Clicking a contact button is not a received enquiry. The submission event should follow confirmed form acceptance, not direct access to the thank-you page. Reloading that page should not create another enquiry.

Advertising measurement should respect consent choices. Names, emails and messages should not be ordinary analytics parameters. Even with technical tests, attribution is incomplete and does not replace human assessment of enquiries.

Decide before increasing spend

If the path fails, fix it before buying more visits. If it works but enquiries are unsuitable, investigate source, message and offer using data. Do not blame the website or channel without distinguishing those stages.
